My order is on hold, or has been cancelled, why?
If your order has been cancelled, there could be a couple reasons. We will email you with the details:
- If we were unable to charge your card successfully, or there was a delayed problem processing the card, we will contact you to let you know what happened, and to arrange an alternate payment method if necessary.
- There may be a problem with the color you have ordered. The color may be discontinued, or the color match may have been determined to not meet our standards.
