When will I receive my order?

ScratchesHappen works hard to ship all orders on the same day. In some cases, it may take 24 hours to custom mix and package your order. Orders that are placed late on Friday or over the weekend will normally ship on the next Monday.

Depending on where you live, you can expect to receive your paint within 2-6 business days from when you place your order. All orders ship from our factory in Salt Lake City, Utah, via USPS First Class Mail.

For some orders such as Tri Coat colors, they weigh a little more so those are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and may arrive a day or two sooner.
