My paint doesn’t feel completely dry, what can I do?

This is either related to high humidity, or applying too much paint. Reduce the humidity, and apply thinner coats and the paint will dry properly. You can accelerate dry time by carefully blowing air from a fan across the paint, being careful that it is not high pressure, and not hot air. Just a small room fan, about 6 feet away should do the trick.
